Problem: I am receiving an error message that says, "Virgin Media Security was unable to load a required security driver [PKT] / [SKT]" Resolution: Use the Diagnostic Utility to reinstall the driver then restart Virgin Media Security. - Shut down Virgin Media Security by selecting Virgin Media Security then Shut down.
- Next, click Start and select Programs.
- From the Programs menu, select Virgin Media Security then click Diagnostic Utility.
- Ensure the Perform all tests option is selected then click Next to start the tests.
- When the tests are complete, click the Repair Options drop down menu on the bottom left and select Reinstall drivers then click Repair.
- When the repair is complete follow the prompt and restart your computer
