Problem: When I install Virgin Media Security, I get the error message " Error: Virgin Media Security requires Windows 2000 (SP3 or later), Windows XP (32-bit), or Windows Vista (32-bit)". What should I do?

Solution:

  1. Click Start menu and select Run.
  2. Type %TMP% and click OK. This action will open the user's temp folder.
  3. Delete all the temporary files in the folder.
  4. Empty the Recycle Bin.
  5. Launch Virgin Media Security installation process once again.
