Problem: When I launch Virgin Media Security, I have an error message that say “Not able to load CLSID_DOM Document60 correctly”. What should I do?

Resolution:

Windows XP

  1. Click Start, then click Control Panel.
  2. Click Add/Remove Programs.
  3. Choose MSXML 6.0 from the list and click Remove.
  4. Repeat this process if you have multiple MSXML packages installed.
  5. Click here  to download and install the latest MSXML 6.0.
  • For 32bit operating systems, choose msxml6.msi

Windows Vista

  1. Click Start, then click Control Panel.
  2. Click Programs and Features.
  3. Choose MSXML 6.0 from the list and click Remove.
  4. Repeat this process if you have multiple MSXML packages installed.
  5. Click here   to download and install the latest MSXML 6.0.
  • For 32bit operating systems, choose msxml6.msi
  • For 64bit operating systems, choose msxml6_x64.msi

Windows 7

  1. Click Start, then click Control Panel.
  2. Under Programs, click Uninstall a Program.
  3. Choose MSXML 6.0 from the list and click Remove.
  4. Repeat this process if you have multiple MSXML packages installed.
  5. Click here   to download and install the latest MSXML 6.0.
  • For 32bit operating systems, choose msxml6.msi
  • For 64bit operating systems, choose msxml6_x64.msi
